Privacy

This registration processes the club, contact, competitor, and team data entered for the tournament registration. This may include personal data, including data for minors.

The data is used only to organize the Kissaki Kendo Cup registration, for tournament administration, and for KendoTournamentManager exports. No online payment data is collected.

The registration stores data in the configured SQLite database. Access is limited to tournament administrators and holders of the private edit link for the relevant registration. Treat the edit link as confidential.

Retention, the responsible body, and further requests are governed by the tournament announcement.
